at ISSY LES MOULINEAUX
LOT N°1: PARISIAN TAXI LICENCE (PARKING PERMIT)
On September 19, 2016 at 10:30 am at the Issy les Moulineaux Auction House, a sale of a Parisian taxi license (Blue License) will take place and will be transferable on the day of the sale.
The licence number is No. 9203.
You will find below the financial conditions allowing you to participate in this one.
At the latest 72 hours before the sale to send to SCP LEROI WALD REYNAUD AYACHE - BP 215 - 92002 NANTERRE CEDEX or come with the day of the sale :
- Deposit a bank certificate guaranteeing your payment to a minimum of 90,000 euros.
- Deposit a bank cheque* of 25,000 euros
*Checks are not cashed and will be returned immediately after the sale for those who have not acquired a license. They will be cashed for the successful bidder.

Price of the license: 75.000 euros
Licence fee: 14.40 including tax % proportional to the sale price (for a price of 75,000 euros: 10,800 euros)
The payment of the balance of the price will have to intervene IMPERATIVELY at the latest in the 15 days of the sale.
Finally, it is reminded that the successful bidders will also have to comply with the clauses and conditions set out in the specifications, and in particular the texts governing the operation of taxi licences, which can be downloaded here :
