Caution: the distribution by lot may vary until the day of the sale.

Put up for sale in one lot (price 66 000.00 €) or lot by lot (see conditions of sale at the end of the page) with possibility of meeting.
The auction is made exclusive of tax (not subject to VAT) and costs.

Bids can be placed :

  • a) at the place of sale, after having handed over identity papers and a guarantee cheque for 5000.00 euro
  • b) By purchase order: hand it in writing to the study (12 avenue du général Galliéni - Nanterre) at the latest the day before the sale at 3:00 pm. It must be accompanied by a guarantee of payment: presentation of an identity document, deposit of a cheque for 5000.00 euro or any element of solvency.

The purchase order must, on pain of nullity, include :

  • the designation of the property or properties
  • the batch number(s)
  • the maximum amount of the offer. This amount includes the costs of the tender, plus 20 % VAT.

The goods are sold in the condition in which they are at the time of sale and are sold by designation. Information is given by telephone to interested persons before the day of sale.

The award is made exclusive of taxes and costs.

At the beginning of the sale, the first bid will be made on all the lots. In case of desertion of bids, the lots will be put up for sale one by one.

At the end of the sale, any unsold lots will be put up for sale again according to the same principle (one bid on all the remaining lots and then lot by lot) after the price drop.

At the end of the sale, the lots may be put together, with the sum of the unitary awards and the price of the lots that have not been sold being put at the price of the sum of the unitary awards. If a higher bid is made (minimum 10% more), the new bidder is the successful bidder for the whole lot, otherwise the individual provisional bids are declared final.

As the information in the catalogue is given for information purposes only, the auction always takes place at the risk and peril of the successful bidder.

Any natural or legal person declared the successful bidder in a public auction shall be liable for his property as soon as the award is made.

It is recommended that successful bidders take out insurance.

The seller or his agents cannot be held responsible for the disappearance or deterioration of the awarded property.

The removal of the awarded goods can only take place after final collection of the amount of the award, including costs and VAT. As from the date of the auction, a date for the removal of the goods (generally less than a week) is communicated. After this date, a custody fee will be charged to the successful bidder who will have to pay it in order to recover his property. For your information, these costs are 20.00 euro per day including VAT.

The successful bidder shall remove the purchased goods carefully to avoid damage to the property of both the seller and the third party.

A cheque for the amount of the auction and the fees will be required at the end of the sale, as a guarantee, pending the transfer, failing which the crazy bidding procedure can be started immediately.

The fact of bidding implies full adherence to the present general conditions of sale.
