Do you know how to refuse Linky or GAZPAR?

Since the energy transition law came into force on August 18, 2015, the new generation LINKY (or GAZPAR) meter may raise many questions about its usefulness and its impact on consumer health. Gradually, and by 2021, more than 35 million meters will be installed throughout the country.

Indeed, you are entitled to REFUSE THIS INSTALLATION (refuse Linky, and equivalent). Indeed, some people wonder about the relevance of the installation of this new meter and its impact on health.

In front of the increasingly numerous requests, our study, composed of six Judicial Officers, located near the business district of LA DEFENSE, specialized in the steps to accompany you in the refusal of the Linky meter.

How?

The first thing to do is to inform your town hall of your refusal to install the new generation LINKY meter. We can take care of this step, but you can also do it yourself by registered mail.
We will then contact your energy supplier (ENEDIS and others...) to notify them of your opposition to the installation of the Linky meter.

We draw up and serve a bailiff's deed an INTERPELLATIVE SUMMON NOT TO INSTALL. Indeed, the summons delivered by bailiff's act allows to characterize, to enjoin in a legal and authentic way your refusal as for the installation of the LINKY meter within your residence. To do this, you just need to download a letter of mandate (CLICK on the link: mandate for meter refusal) and send it back to us at the address indicated at the bottom of this letter in order to start, in the solemn form, in your name and on your behalf, the necessary steps with your energy supplier.

How much does it cost?

The interpellative summons delivered to your energy supplier is invoiced at 90 euro including tax with denunciation to the Commune. To appeal to our study, and to inform your town hall and your energy supplier of your refusal to install the LINKY meter, you just have to send us back the completed letter that you can download here:

We intervene as soon as we receive your mail, within 48 to 72 hours on average.
