Our study is associated with the initiative of the association of women bailiffs

The aim of the initiative is to provide women who are victims of spousal violence with legal support.
Indeed, and contrary to prejudices, bailiffs are in a position to help them in their steps and this is why the association of Women Judicial Officers launched the operation 5.000 free acts per year with well targeted and specific missions.

- Transcription of SMS and e-mails (word for word) with the drafting of minutes

- Reports of violence or damage to the marital home

- Recovery of maintenance payments

- Failure to present children at the end of a visit or holiday period...
